Shipping and Handling:

We do not charge a handling fee and only charge actual shipping costs. We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Sales Tax:

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of Ohio, but we are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Ohio.



Warranty:

Our products are new and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Due to the specialized equipment and training required to service EchoPilot sonar products, customers must return defective units to the factory for necessary repairs.

Returns:

Regular priced, unopened items and D.O.A. items may be returned for a refund; less original shipping charges, sales tax (if applicable), and a 6% payment processing fee (the Payment Processor charges us this fee) so long as the item is returned via prepaid UPS and insured for the original purchase price to: TechniLab LLC, 1799 West 5th Ave., #209, Columbus, Oh 43212; and a valid UPS tracking number is emailed to sales@technilabco.com within 7 calender days of the documented shipper's delivery date to the original customer. Items to be returned must have the R.M.A number generated by TechniLab LLC clearly written on the outside of the shipping container prior to shipment. Sale priced items are deeply discounted and are generally not returnable.
